Timed to your boarding window — not to somebody's guess about traffic.
A cruise day has one hard deadline and no second chances: the ship leaves whether you are on it or not. We book the transfer against your boarding window and your terminal letter, not against a vague morning slot, and we build in the MacArthur Causeway rather than hoping it behaves. Your chauffeur takes the luggage to the porter. On the way home we meet you after disembarkation — which never runs on time, so that wait is included rather than billed.

The MacArthur is the only realistic way in and it behaves differently on a Saturday morning with four ships in port.

Your chauffeur takes it there. You walk to check-in with your hands free.

Disembarkation runs late almost every time. We do not start a meter over something you cannot control.
Where we meet you
Terminals A, B and C
Royal Caribbean and Virgin Voyages. Terminal A is the largest cruise terminal in the country and the drop-off is managed — we know where to stop.
Terminals D, E and F
Carnival and MSC. Boarding windows here are enforced strictly in high season.
Terminals G, H and J
Norwegian and others, on the far side of the port. Add ten minutes over Terminal A.
Return after disembarkation
Customs and luggage collection rarely run to schedule. We meet you when you are actually out, not when the schedule said.
If your flight is late
We track your flight by number, so a delay, an early arrival or a gate change is our problem before it is yours. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals, forty-five on domestic, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — not from the time you were originally due. If customs takes longer than that, you will not find an empty curb: your chauffeur waits and dispatch tells you so.
