Main terminal, baggage claim
PBI has one terminal and three concourses. Your chauffeur waits at the carousel for your flight — there is nowhere to get lost.

Domestic arrivals from the major carriers. Same meeting point, same name board.
Private aviation — Signature and Atlantic
If you are flying private into PBI we meet the aircraft on the ramp, not at the terminal. Tell us the FBO and the tail number.
Return departures
For departures we allow for the security queue in season, which is considerably longer than out of season.
If your flight is late
We track your flight by number, so a delay, an early arrival or a gate change is our problem before it is yours. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals, forty-five on domestic, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — not from the time you were originally due. If customs takes longer than that, you will not find an empty curb: your chauffeur waits and dispatch tells you so.
