You must have a personal account with accurate information to book a ride, and be at least 18 years old. One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

A valid payment method is required to reserve. Your ride is confirmed once payment is authorized; if it is declined or has insufficient funds, the ride will not start. Estimates are confirmed by dispatch with the exact route; extra stops, waiting time, tolls and excessive cleaning may adjust the final fare.

Please cancel as early as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

Treat your chauffeur and vehicle with respect — no smoking, no illegal substances, seatbelts always. You are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning. For emergencies, call 911.

Tips are optional and 100% go to your chauffeur.

Chauffeurs drive as independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance and vehicle, and for meeting our standards (2021+ vehicle, valid commercial insurance, minimum rating, daily verification).

The Global Vogue VIP text program sends reservation-related messages — booking confirmations, chauffeur assignment and arrival, and trip updates — to customers who opt in when creating an account. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with your ride activity. Message and data rates may apply.
