A chauffeur is already inside when you clear customs, holding a name board, and he takes the luggage from there. We track the flight by number, so a two-hour delay or a gate change is handled before you land. One hour of complimentary wait on international arrivals, forty-five minutes on domestic.

Where we meet you
Terminals D and E
American and the international arrivals hall. Your chauffeur waits by the exit from customs — the busiest doors at MIA, and the easiest place to lose somebody without a name board.
Concourse E satellite
Reached by the automated shuttle. We allow for the extra ten minutes it adds rather than marking you late.
Terminals F and G
Domestic arrivals. Meeting point at baggage claim, by the carousel for your flight.
Terminals H and J
Including the cruise-line charters. If you are connecting to PortMiami we time the drive to your boarding window.
If your flight is late
We track your flight by number, so a delay, an early arrival or a gate change is our problem before it is yours. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals, forty-five on domestic, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — not from the time you were originally due. If customs takes longer than that, you will not find an empty curb: your chauffeur waits and dispatch tells you so.
