• Account details: name, email, phone, home address and date of birth.

• Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, and — only when you turn it on — your live location during a ride.

• Chauffeur documents (drivers only): driver license, insurance, vehicle registration, vehicle photos and a verification selfie.

• Payment details are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• In-app messages between guests and chauffeurs, kept for safety and quality.

To create your account, provide and confirm rides, process payments and payouts, keep everyone safe, verify chauffeurs, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (data), Stripe (payments), Twilio (masked calls), and map providers for location and directions. They process data only to provide these features.

If you opt in, we send text messages about your reservations — booking confirmations, chauffeur assignment and arrival, and trip updates. Message frequency varies and depends on your ride activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you can book and ride with us without it.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with our messaging carrier (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for. We never sell your phone number.

You can view or update your details in the app, and request deletion of your account and data at any time via "Delete my account" in the app or by emailing support@globalvoguevip.com. Location sharing is optional and only active while you enable it.

Data is encrypted in transit and kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Our services are intended for adults (18+).
