Safety & Conduct

A chauffeur may not use or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time while available to accept rides through Global Vogue VIP or while on a ride. There are no exceptions.

If you believe your chauffeur is impaired, ask to end the ride in a safe place and contact us right away. As soon as we receive a report, we suspend that chauffeur from accepting rides through our platform for as long as we investigate it. If the report is confirmed, the chauffeur is removed from the platform.

Include the date of the ride and, if you have it, your booking reference. In an emergency, call 911 first.

Chauffeurs on our platform may not refuse, cancel or treat a rider differently because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age or marital status. Riders may not discriminate against chauffeurs on the same grounds. A confirmed violation removes a chauffeur from the platform.

We never charge a rider more because of a disability.

Service animals are always welcome, at no extra charge. A chauffeur may not refuse a rider because they travel with a service animal.

Our chauffeurs are glad to help stow a folding wheelchair or mobility aid. If you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, tell our concierge before you book — we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.

Your trip screen shows your chauffeur's name and photo. Check them before you get in. If anything does not match, do not enter the vehicle and contact us.

Every chauffeur must hold a valid Florida driver license and a county for-hire chauffeur registration, and pass our identity and document review before accepting a ride. Chauffeurs are independent contractors who own and operate their own vehicles.
