FLL · Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport

FLL Airport Car Service

The quiet way into South Florida — and ten minutes from a cruise ship.

FLL is smaller than Miami and far easier to arrive into, which is exactly why so many people choose it and then let the ground transport ruin the advantage. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, waits inside baggage claim with a name board and takes the luggage. If you are sailing, Port Everglades is roughly ten minutes away — close enough that people get careless with the timing, and close enough that we do not have to.

How the pickup works

  1. 1

    You send the flight number

We work out the terminal and the carousel from it. You do not have to know which door you come out of.

  2. 2

    We watch the flight

Early landings and delays are handled without a phone call from you.

  3. 3

Your chauffeur is inside, with a name board

Standing still where you can see him, not circling the terminal loop.

  4. 4

Sailing? We time it to the ship

Port Everglades is minutes away, but the boarding window is not flexible. We plan against it, not against the clock.

Where we meet you

Terminal 1

JetBlue and Southwest. Meeting point at baggage claim, by the carousel for your flight.

Terminal 2

Delta and Air Canada, including the international arrivals that clear here.

Terminal 3

Spirit and others. The busiest of the four in season — we allow for it.

Terminal 4

American and the international hall. Your chauffeur waits at the customs exit.

If your flight is late

We track your flight by number, so a delay, an early arrival or a gate change is our problem before it is yours. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals, forty-five on domestic, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — not from the time you were originally due. If customs takes longer than that, you will not find an empty curb: your chauffeur waits and dispatch tells you so.

Rather have a person arrange it?

Leave your flight and we come back with the car and the price — no account needed, nothing committed.

Questions, answered

How far is Port Everglades from FLL?

About ten to fifteen minutes by car. It is the closest major airport to a cruise port in the United States, which is why so many sailings begin at FLL. We time the transfer to your boarding window rather than to the short distance.

Where does the chauffeur wait at Fort Lauderdale airport?

Inside, at baggage claim for your flight, with a name board. On international arrivals in Terminal 4 that means at the customs exit.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track it by number and move with it. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait on international arrivals, forty-five on domestic, counted from the moment you are on the ground.

Can you do a cruise transfer both ways?

Yes — airport to ship and ship to airport in one booking. Disembarkation almost never runs to schedule, so the return wait is included.

Do you serve Boca Raton and West Palm Beach from FLL?

Yes. Boca is thirty to forty minutes and West Palm around an hour, traffic depending. The quote is confirmed before anything is booked.
