MCO · Orlando International Airport
MCO Airport Car Service
Including Terminal C — the one that costs most people half an hour.
Orlando International is really two airports wearing one name. Terminal C opened separately from A and B and is far enough away that a driver who goes to the wrong one costs you thirty minutes you did not plan for. We ask which terminal when you book, and if the airline moves you, we move with you. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, meets you inside with a name board and handles the luggage — convention arrival, family holiday or resort transfer, same car and same standard.
How the pickup works
- 1
You tell us the flight number and the terminal
Terminal C is separate from A and B. Confirming it once takes a second and saves half an hour.
- 2
We watch the flight
If the airline moves the arrival, we move with it — including a terminal change.
- 3
Your chauffeur is inside, with a name board
At the carousel for your flight, not waiting in a garage.
- 4
The luggage goes to the car
Family holiday luggage included, which at MCO is not a small detail.
Where we meet you
Terminal A
North side, levels 1 to 3. Meeting point at baggage claim for your flight.
Terminal B
South side of the same complex as A. Close enough to walk between, far enough to matter if you guess.
Terminal C
The newer terminal, and physically separate. Most international and JetBlue arrivals. Going to A or B by mistake costs about half an hour — which is why we confirm it with you.
Private aviation — Orlando Executive
If you fly private into ORL rather than MCO, we meet the aircraft at the FBO. Tell us the tail number.
If your flight is late
We track your flight by number, so a delay, an early arrival or a gate change is our problem before it is yours. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time on international arrivals, forty-five on domestic, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — not from the time you were originally due. If customs takes longer than that, you will not find an empty curb: your chauffeur waits and dispatch tells you so.
