Delete Your Account

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the Global Vogue VIP app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. You are signed out immediately, and your account and data are permanently deleted within 48 hours.

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Include your full name so we can find your record.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and mailing address
• Your date of birth, driver licence details and permit details
• Your vehicle and insurance details
• Every photo you uploaded — licence, insurance, registration, vehicle and profile photos, and all daily verification selfies
• Your location history
• Your in-app messages
• Your sign-in credentials

What we must keep, and for how long

United States tax and transportation law requires us to retain a limited record even after an account is deleted. These records are kept separately and are never used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

• Trip and payment records — kept 7 years for tax and accounting law (IRS requirement for contractor payments)
• Safety and incident reports, if any were filed involving you — kept 7 years
